What is the cheapest puja to book with a pandit?
Amavasya Tarpanam, from ₹1,100. Where a puja can be done on live video, it is ₹200 cheaper than the same puja at home.
Is the price shown the full amount I pay?
The price shown is the pandit’s starting dakshina. At checkout you see the full bill — dakshina, the platform fee, GST and an express fee only if you choose express booking — before you pay. Nothing extra is asked at your door.
Do puja prices change from city to city?
Yes, slightly. The prices on this page apply in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Kolkata and Ahmedabad; in other places the home-visit dakshina is about 10% higher because pandits travel further. Your exact price appears as soon as you set your location.
Is a live video puja cheaper than a pandit at home?
Yes, by ₹200, for the pujas offered on video (the table shows which). The pandit performs the full puja and sankalp in your family’s names on a video call — useful for families abroad or when the pandit can’t travel.
Is samagri included in the price?
No. The price is the pandit’s dakshina. Your pandit shares the samagri list after booking and your family arranges it; some pandits bring homa items such as samidha and the homa kundam.
Can I pay after the puja?
No. Bookings are paid online (UPI, cards or net banking), and the pandit is then assigned and tracked live on the day. If the booking is cancelled, the refund follows the cancellation and refund policy.
