Book a pandit for your bhoomi puja muhurat
Pick a date above and Stuti Mandir books a verified pandit for it, with the muhurat noted on the booking. The bhoomi pooja starts from ₹5,100; the full dakshina is shown before you pay. Want the exact lagna for your family first? Book a 20-minute bhoomi puja & construction muhurat call for ₹801 — a pandit checks your nakshatras and confirms the best window.
How these dates are worked out
- Every date is worked out from the panchang with the same astronomy as the Stuti Mandir Panchang: tithi from the Moon–Sun angle, nakshatra and yoga from their sidereal (Lahiri) longitudes, and the weekday from sunrise.
- A window opens only while the ceremony’s nakshatra, tithi and weekday are all favourable together, and closes at the first change that breaks one of them. Vishti (Bhadra) karana, the Vyatipata and Vaidhriti yogas and nakshatra gandanta are always left out.
- Times are IST. Tithi and nakshatra change at the same moment everywhere in India, so the windows hold nationwide; the weekday is taken from sunrise at Bengaluru, which can move the edge of a window that starts before dawn by a few minutes in your city.
- These are general (panchang shuddhi) dates. The pandit then checks the family’s tarabala and chandrabala and fixes the lagna inside the window — which is why the same date can suit one family better than another.
Questions devotees ask us
Which are the bhoomi puja muhurat dates in 2026?
There are 47 dates in 2026, in February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December. The next is Thursday, 29 October 2026, 10:10 PM – 6:12 AM (30 Oct). Each one is listed above with its nakshatra, tithi and time window.
Why are there no bhoomi puja muhurats in some months?
In Kharmas (Dhanurmasa and Meena masa) they are avoided too. And while Guru or Shukra is combust (asta), samskaras are not performed. Outside those, a date still needs a favourable nakshatra, tithi and weekday on the same day.
Are these times right for my city?
Yes, for anywhere in India: tithi and nakshatra change at the same instant everywhere, and the times are in IST. Only a window that begins before sunrise can shift by a few minutes, because the weekday starts at sunrise (taken here at Bengaluru).
Is the same muhurat good for every family?
These are the general dates from the panchang. The pandit then checks tarabala and chandrabala against the family’s janma nakshatras and fixes the lagna within the window, so one date may suit you better than another.
How do I book a pandit for a bhoomi puja muhurat?
Tap a date on this page: it opens the bhoomi pooja booking with the muhurat filled in. Choose your address and pandit, see the full dakshina and pay online. You can also WhatsApp or call +91 90591 39258.
Can a pandit give us a personal muhurat?
Yes. The bhoomi puja & construction muhurat is a 20-minute phone or WhatsApp call for ₹801: the pandit looks at the family’s nakshatras and gives the best date and lagna, in your language.
